The atmosphere is very eclectic and full of action. There is also plenty of humor, including the servers who frequently wear shirts with the message, “What the Pho?”.

Friendly noise and bustle are also in abundance at Bistro B. Flat screen televisions are mounted in various locations throughout this eatery. Noise or not, the food is simply delicious.

Regulars suggest the spring rolls, available in both chicken and beef varieties. The pho is standard Vietnames fare and is a soup filled with beef and veggies. You can choose the type of meat you’d like in the soup, varying from brisket to meatballs. The Shrimp Lotus salad is also extremely popular.

Garnishes include bean sprouts, Thai spices and more. Be sure to ask your waiter if dishes are hot and spicy or mild so you won’t have any surprises. Hot pots are popular because you can cook your choice of seafood or meat in the simmering broth.

Service is exceptionally quick so if you’re in a hurry to get to a sports, theater or other event, you’ll be done in record time. Of course, you can always linger over your meal, too.

If you prefer a glass of wine or other alcoholic beverage, you won’t find either at Bistro B but there are other options. Try the iced Vietnamese coffee for a change of pace. Or you can bring a bottle of your favorite wine or beer and there won’t be a corkage fee, an attractive option if you’re looking to save on the extra charges for wine or beer ordered in the average restaurant.

This is definitely a family-friendly restaurant, with meals averaging between $15 and $30. If you’re looking for a quiet, romantic evening, you may want to make a different choice. But if you’re looking for fun, lively chatter, friendly servers and more, Bistro B is a great place to hang out. You can even keep track of your favorite sports on the television sets.
