Combine fitness, movement and relaxation for complete mind-body rejuvenation at Exhale Spa Dallas. Located at Hotel Palomar, Exhale Spa Dallas is a two-story, 10,000 square foot space offering spa therapies, body-toning classes, yoga and more.
From the world-class facilities and zen-like atmosphere to the enthusiastic yoga instructors and calorie-blasting core exercise classes, Exhale Spa Dallas offers a unique combination of wellness and healing treatments.
Part spa, part upscale fitness studio, Exhale was founded on the philosophy that the best path to wellness is through holistic treatments that care for the mind and body. Whether it’s finding balance through a yoga posture, quiet bliss through a spa treatment or energy through an exercise class, visitors to Exhale Spa Dallas will emerge relaxed and rejuvenated.
Stressed or overwhelmed? Need a relaxing break from the Texas heat? Indulge in one of Exhale’s body treatments. Massage treatments include the 30 and 60-minute fusion massage, a 60-minute deep tissue massage, a couples massage and glow body scrub.
Want to put your best foot (or face) forward? Enjoy a Pure pedicure (with a redrock detox paraffin for a little extra TLC) or the True facial. Facials are tailored specifically for the needs of each individual, so whether your face is desperate for exfoliation assistance or you need to zap away dark under eye circles, the experts at Exhale are here to help.
For a truly pampering experience, indulge in the “revive + restore” package, which includes a Pure manicure and Pedicure, 60-minute True Facial and 60-minute Fusion Massage.
Additional spa therapy options include grooming services, wellness and nutrition counseling, body detox cleanses and acupuncture/herbal treatments.
After your treatment, you will enjoy full use of the spa facilities. Complete with rain showers, a steam room and fluffy towels, you’ll leave feeling pampered and relaxed. Complimentary lockers (and locks), towels, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, and hair care products are provided.
The downside to all this pampering? It doesn’t come cheaply. Get ready to fork over some significant cash for your treatments. Massages start at $90 for 30 minutes ($125 for 60), and the “revive + restore” package will set you back by $310. Acupuncture treatments begin at $100 for 30 minutes ($150 for 60), and manicures start at $30 ($55 for a pedicure).
Exhale devotees say the treatments are worth every penny. The only downside is the small waiting space, which is co-ed, and the shorter-than-normal robes. Given the co-ed waiting room, a little extra space (and longer robes) would go a long way for extra privacy and relaxation.
Ready to take your workout to the next level? Sign up for one of Exhale’s intense Core Fusion classes. These classes fuse elements from Pilates, yoga, core-conditioning treatments and orthopedic stretching for the ultimate calorie-blasting, body-sculpting, sweat-filled workout. Choose from basic, advanced and open levels, or classes specifically emphasizing cardio, thighs and gluts, or restorative yoga positions.
The Core Yoga Class combine yoga asanas designed to raise energy levels for maximum cardio impact with asanas that promote inner balance, calm and relaxation. All Core exercise and yoga classes start at $24 for a drop-in class ($17 for students). A monthly, unlimited membership is also available.
Looking to save a little extra cash? Time your visit with Dallas Spa Week and you’ll enjoy discounted massages and facials. Yelpers who mention the “Yelp15” discount code will enjoy 15% of spa therapies and classes when visiting for the first time.
Exhale also has locations in New York, LA, Boston, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami and Palm Beach. While the treatment and class offerings are similar from location to location, the outstanding therapists and class instructors make the Dallas spa one of Exhale’s most popular destinations.
